Are all Oak & Iron products really made from whiskey barrels?
Yes. Every piece is crafted from authentic reclaimed whiskey barrel oak and original steel banding. Natural grain, aging marks, and barrel stains are part of the character.
Will my item look exactly like the photos?
Each piece is made from real barrel wood, so no two will ever look the same. Your item will be very similar in style and design, but the grain, color, and markings will be unique.
What size bottles fit this whiskey bottle wall mount?
The whiskey bottle wall mount holder base is 5 inches by 5 inches so ANY whiskey bottle under this dimension will fit from Jack Daniels to Makers Mark to Jose Quervo bottles, even the large size.

How long does it take to ship?
Orders ship within 48 hours unless otherwise noted on the product page. Personalized items may require additional time.
Do you offer personalization?
Yes! Select items can be laser engraved with names, dates, or short messages. Personalization options are available on the product page where offered.
Can I return a personalized item?
Personalized items are final sale unless they arrive damaged or incorrect. Please review your custom details carefully before submitting your order. A proof of concept can be requested but may add additional processing time.
How do I hang wall-mounted items?
Wall-mounted pieces include a heavy-duty steel hanger rated to hold up to 50 lbs and are secured with 1" wood screws. Hardware is designed to safely hold a full bottle or accessory when mounted properly.
Are your products heavy?
Yes — and that’s intentional. Oak & Iron pieces are built from solid wood and steel for strength and durability. Weight is listed on each product page.
Do you ship outside the U.S.?
At this time, we ship within the United States only.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll make it right.
