Processing Time

All orders generally ship within 48 hours of purchase, unless otherwise noted on the product page.

Personalized or custom orders may require additional time. Any extended processing time will be clearly stated before checkout.

We ship from Georgia, USA using trusted carriers such as USPS and UPS.

You’ll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves the shop.

Delivery Estimates & Carrier Responsibility
Carrier delivery estimates are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed arrival dates. Once your order is in the hands of the shipping carrier, delivery timing is outside of our control. Weather, seasonal volume, and other factors may cause delays. Oak & Iron is not responsible for carrier delays or missed delivery estimates.

Packaging

Every order is securely packed to protect the natural wood, steel accents, and finish during transit. Our goal is simple: your piece arrives ready to use and built to impress.

Returns & Exchanges

Because each Oak & Iron product is handcrafted and often personalized, we ask that you review your order carefully before checkout.

Returns

Non-personalized items may be returned within 14 days of delivery
Items must be unused and in original condition
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer

Personalized Items

Custom or personalized pieces are final sale and cannot be returned unless damaged during shipping. Proof of concept can be requested prior to purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will make it right.
